It's not everyday that you discover what's parked in the garage next door is actually "the Fastest Car in the World," according to the people at Guinness. Except, this particular car is so small you can fit it into a traveling suitcase. The Guinness Book of World Records said, it officially SHATTERED the record for the Fastest Remote Controlled model car on the planet (October 2014). Yes, that's "Model Car," as in "without driver," except for my neighbor, Nic Case, who mans the handheld controls, a safe distance away from this speeding bullet.
So how fast is "fastest?"
How about 202.02 miles-per-hour. That's FAST like the real-sized $275,000 Lamborghini Huracan. More details to come on this incredible feat. But for now I take pleasure in knowing I can walk a few doors down to feast my eyes on a Guinness Book of World Records Champion. The CAR, not Nic, of course.
